The food was amazing! Felt a little rushed by the waitress though. It was my first time trying raw sushi and it was awesome. Martini was strong. Great experience.
We wanted to do dinner as a class while here in Mississippi and this place came up. They don't seat you until the entire party is there which makes sense because they want to make sure they get everyone's food orders at the same time. The food is good. Pretty much went for the experience of someone cooking your food in front of you. I don't think they got the steak orders correct for everyone in our party as some wanted it medium rare, medium well or well done but they all looked the same when it was put on their plate. If it wasn't for the great group of people I was with just having fun and laughing, I'd have more to complain about. It felt rushed in the end when we started eating and the lady comes out with takeout boxes and bags and hands it to all of us. Other than that, the price was decent and the customer service was good.
One of the only true hibachi restaurants in the area. The food was good. Really enjoyed the appetizers gyoza and shumi. I ordered All seafood and hubby ordered steak and lobster. The portions are good we had enough for three meals each. Would recommend but save visiting to cooler months because it was hot inside the restaurant.
This particular night of dining out was my husbands choice and he wanted Osaka. This was our second visit as a family and it's one of his favorites! Even when it's busy, there's always plenty of parking. We checked in and had about a 10 minute wait. After being seated, our server came around and we ordered our soup and salads. I always get the egg drop soup (there's is the best I've ever had) and of course salad with ginger dressing. A few minutes later, our chef TJ came over and the fun began! TJ is hands down the best hibachi chef we've ever had! He brought such an enlightened mood to the restaurant. Seriously so entertaining and full of jokes and songs. We'll be sure to request him on future visits! I always order the same thing, shrimp and steak. It was cooked perfect and so delicious and flavorful! We'll be sure to visit again soon in the near future! We LOVE Osaka!
Great food, drinks, & service! Nice decor & layout. I always get hibachi filet & shrimp with fried rice and lomein noodles.
